Welcome to the website "Nady Hairdressing Equipment and Hair Products" (hereinafter: the "Website") operated by Nadav Assulin, C.P. 316505981, of 4 Haruv St., Omer (hereinafter: the "Website Management" or the "Company").

Any use of the site constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions, and the terms and conditions contained therein. The Terms and Conditions may change from time to time, and the user must update the Terms and Conditions each time they access the site. Cancellations and changes

   • An order can be canceled up to 24 hours from the date it was placed, provided that the order has not been shipped.
   • In the event of a transaction cancellation, no charge will be made for the service.
   • Refunds cannot be received for services performed.

2. Cancellation by the company :

   • The site management may cancel the delivery of an order to the user with two hours' notice. In such a case, the user will not have any claim against the site.
   • Notice of cancellation by the Company will be provided to the User, and the Company will refrain from charging the User's credit card or refund any amount paid for the Products, to the extent paid.

3. Shipping costs :

Product return and transaction cancellation procedure

1. Product returns :

   • Hygiene products, including razors, hair removers, and hair clippers, are not returnable.
   • A used electrical product cannot be returned.
   • Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 business days.

2. Cancellation of a transaction for people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants :

   • In a distance sales transaction conducted with a consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, the consumer may cancel the transaction within four months from the date of making the transaction, receiving the property or receiving the document containing the details of the transaction, whichever is later, provided that the engagement included a conversation between the trader and the consumer, including a conversation via electronic communication.
   • The customer must return the product to the facilities of "Nady Hairdressing Equipment and Hair Products" at his own expense.
